Ho-Chunk, Inc. Charitable Contributions Program Print E-mail

The 2011 Ho-Chunk, Inc. Charitable Contributions Program has awarded several donations during 1st quarter. Funds for the 1st quarter are still available on a limited basis.

Applications are also being taken for 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter at this time. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis so it’s important to get applications to the corporate office in a timely manner. All funding requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event to be eligible. Priority for funding is as follows:

      • Youth and Education
      • Youth and Sports
      • Adults Sports
      • General Community
      • Siouxland Community Outreach

      Applications can be downloaded here or picked up at the Ho-Chunk, Inc. Corporate Offices. Contact Melanie Parker at Ho-Chunk, Inc. for more information.
